In celebration of Rios being a “Locks of Love” participating salon, we will have Model Pilar Lastra, from Deal or No Deal coming to our newest salon at City Base West on Valentine’s Day (2/14) from 12-6 p.m. Pilar will be signing copies of her book, “Treat Me Like Your Car: A Man’s Guide to Treating a Lady.” She’ll also be on Great Day SA that morning to cut her hair to show her support for the cause!
